Some changes in live Cleartouch will carry over to the test bank, but not all of them. Or, vice-versa: A change in the training bank affected the live bank.
Follow these steps to determine whether changes in Administration affect the individual institution or the entire holding company:
Access Product Documentation:
- Go to the Task menu.
- Select Product Documentation.
Search for Holding Companies:
- Search for
"Holding Companies"(including the quotes).
- Search for
Review Search Results:
- Holding Companies should appear first.
- Select this item.
Refer to the Document:
- The document lists items and their scope of impact.
- Determine which changes affect only the logged-in institution and which affect all banks under the holding company.
