Fiserv Instant Issue

FFL branches are responsible for ordering supplies (ribbons, etc.) from Fiserv for their Trism debit card printers from HID.  This is done through Fiserv Instant Issue Supply.  See details below and attached.


Admins: Retail Operations (Sarah Krocek, Melinda Fellenstein) & Deposit Operations (Christine Black, Meena Mangla)


Admins can set up new branch users, but admins can NOT set up other admins.  They must contact Fiserv to be set up by their support team.

Here is the attachment form I was speaking about with you.  My team is at the top of the form FOS_IIA_SalesSupport@Fiserv.com .  You can always just add my name to the subject line to get any emails to me quicker.   We encourage all our clients to print this attachment and place them by your card printers.  It is a great source of information.
