Tellerphone System Issues

Modified on Thu, Jul 31, 2025 at 12:47 PM

Occasionally, the CRC may report, usually as a result of a customer complaint, that the Tellerphone banking system is not working.  This system allows FFL customers to call in and check their account balance, recent transactions, etc.

There is a local and a toll-free number (216-529-5600 and 800-966-8400) that can both be used to access FFL Tellerphone.

If you call these numbers and they ring busy or simply disconnect, this may indicate an issue on the server side (our end).  Contact IT Engineering to have them check the server and reboot it, if necessary (WCLETLRPH01).  Rebooting the server has fixed this particular issue in the past.

If you can reach the greeting and Tellerphone menus, but the system does not accept your account number or is not providing accurate information, this would indicate an issue with the connection to Fiserv.  Contact the Core team so they can contact Fiserv / submit a Client360 case to get this resolved.
