Many PDFs that are used across the bank have a "Submit" button on them to send the PDF to a specific recipient or department. Once the form was filled out in Internet Explorer, you could click "Submit" and the PDF would automatically attach to a new email for you.
Unfortunately, newer web browsers, like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, do not support the use of the "Submit" button on forms due to security issues. Until these forms are updated or replaced by a new process, you have two alternatives to submit the form:
- Use Microsoft Edge in IE Mode (as the Submit buttons used to work in IE): https://support.firstmutualholding.com/en/support/solutions/articles/47001217938-using-ie-mode-in-microsoft-edge
- Simply download/save the request form to your computer and make sure it opens in Adobe. Adobe will still allow you to click the Submit button after the form is filled out.
