Intranet directory is blank

Occasionally, the intranet directory will stop working and show no employees/results in the list.


To fix, log in at the following link with your regular or DAA account: AD Phonebook 


Click the Sync button in the top-right corner.  When it's done, you will see a green checkmark in that box.


Go to the intranet --> Directory tab and refresh to verify that results are now loading properly.
