*LaserPro uses an app called OpenPath on the server that connects to the vendor to check credit (like the big ones: Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, etc.). Blue Grass uses Kroll to do credit checks. Kroll requires a username and password to authenticate, and the Kroll password changes every 90 days. When it changes, it needs to be entered manually in OpenPath. Other vendors require security certificate instead of credentials.
