HMDA/CRA/Compliance Relief Updates

This article will explain how to obtain and install the updates for HMDA/CRA - Relief and Instant Geocoder

1. Obtain the updates
Navigate to the url that is provided in the ticket PDF

Download Instant Geocoder, HMDA Relief and CRA Relief.
Download Compliance Relief update to run on WLKWQS01 (old server was Mars-64) and on any local workstations that need it installed. This installer may ask for credentials to access the QuestSoft Download Center to check the license file. Contact Kim Platt or System Administration to supply their login credentials for this step.
2. Apply the updates
1) Take a snapshot of WLKWQS01
2) RDP onto WLKWQS01
3) Run the .exe installer for Instant Geo-Coder, refer to the url from step 1 for the product license key.
4) Be sure to point HMDA and CRA installers to D:\Easylndr\HMDA\CRxxxx and Easylndr\HRxxxx
5) Run the .exe installer for HMDA-Relief, refer to the url from step 1 for the product license key.
6) Run the .exe installer for CRA-Relief, refer to the url from step 1 for the product license key.
7) Wait 48-72 hours prior to deleting the snapshot, in the event users report issues the snapshot can revert changes.
