For Intune-related issues, Softchoice does not have the ability to review logs from the affected device. They go directly to Microsoft for analysis (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-for-ios-and-android/outlook-for-ios-and-android-faq).
The logs for a mobile Outlook app issue, for example, would need to be gathered by the affected end user by following these steps:
Within Outlook for iOS and Android's settings, tap Help & Feedback.
Tap Collect Diagnostics.
Tap Get Started.
Tap Upload Outlook Logs (iOS) or Collect Logs (Android).
Share the incident ID with CSS.
Once you have that incident ID, provide it to the agent at Softchoice so they can submit to Microsoft.
