Occasionally, an employee will inform IT that one of their reports is delayed. In Cognos, there are reports that run daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Some specific reports will run at the same time each day, e.g. 8:00 am, and will be emailed to the appropriate employees from FFLReports. If the report is not emailed at that time, it can cause delays in that department's work.
If a report is delayed for hours but eventually comes through, that could be an indication of an issue on the Business Intelligence server (WLKWBI01). If the CPU and/or memory are maxed out, this could cause delays in file runs. A reboot of the server after hours may be necessary to clear up the issue.
