Transaction Status Update Procedures

  • This document will cover how to change a transactions status in Q2
  • Reasons we may change a transaction status
    1. Q2 has sent us a case that a transfer or recurring transfer is in a broken status because of a closed account
    2. Suspend a transaction that we are reserarching for potential fraud
    3. Unsuspend a cleared transction
  • A status can only be changed if the transfer has not yet processed
