Q2 Console Administration allows CSR administrators to manage CSRs within Q2 Console. Only CSRs with admin rights can access the Administration tile to manage other Console CSRs. CSRs with the Can Manage CSR right enabled in Q2central are granted admin rights once they've enrolled in Q2 Console. You can also give admin rights to Console CSRs within Administration.
Only the AlloBaaS team has administration rights to Console, any employee (CSR) changes needed should be sent to that team.
