If you use dynamic stamps in Adobe Acrobat, Jon D. has created a "Prepared" stamp that can easily be added to a user's system.

Copy the attached file to the following path on the user's computer:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU\Dynamic.pdf"
or
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU (For newer)
(replace the "Acrobat 2015" with the specific version of Acrobat the user has installed on their computer)
You can do it remotely by just opening up a UNC connection to the remote computer. The user will then just need to close and re-open Adobe Acrobat.
